Thank you for choosing CLean Touch Florida (Cleaning Touch Solutions LLC) for your soft wash and pressure washing needs. By using our services, customer agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We provide soft wash and pressure wash services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to exterior cleaning of roofs, walls, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, and more.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
•Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
•We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If the customer fails to provide this notice, a cancellation fee of may apply.
•We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
•Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
•We accept cash, check,and Zelle.
•Late payments may incur a late fee of 10% after 30 days.
4. Pricing
•Pricing is provided based on an estimate or quote given prior to service.
•Prices are subject to change if the scope of work differs from what was initially agreed upon.
•Additional charges may apply for special services, trip chager and/or materials not included in the initial quote.
5. Access to Property
•The customer agrees to provide us with clear and safe access to the areas being serviced. This includes removal of any obstacles, furniture, or vehicles that may impede the cleaning process.
•We are not responsible for damage to items or property left in the way during the cleaning process.
6. Liability and Damage
•We take care to avoid damage to property during service; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, materials, or structures.
•We are not liable for any damage to windows, screens, or fragile surfaces unless caused directly by our negligence.
•The customer acknowledges that soft wash and pressure washing can potentially cause damage to surfaces that are weak, aged, or improperly installed. We are not liable for any damage to these surfaces.
7. Safety and Health
•Our technicians will follow all safety procedures to ensure their safety and the safety of your property during service.
•The customer agrees to inform us of any specific health, safety, or environmental concerns related to their property prior to service.
8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
•We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days from service date, and we will address the issue to the best of our ability.
•We do not offer a warranty for issues related to weather conditions or damage caused by improper maintenance following our service.
9. Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to Clean Touch Florida (Cleaning Touch Solutions LLC), its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the customer’s property or use of our services.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
•We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared with us is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida State . Any disputes or claims will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orlando and surroundings.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer and become effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct communication.
